These Terms govern your use of the concierge service provided by aethorynia.com (PE, registration code 09669678, address: BC 'Horizon', 5 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine). By using the service, you accept these Terms.

We provide our full name, location, and registration number as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Article 5.

We maintain a privacy policy, these terms of use, and contact information as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

2. Service scope and limitations

The concierge service assists with requests but does not guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for third-party actions. The service is provided 'as is'.

3. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You must not misuse the service or violate any applicable law.

4. Personal data

Processing of personal data requires your consent. Cookies that collect personal data require informed consent. Please see our Privacy Policy. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection', Article 6.

5. Advertising

Any advertising we present is truthful and not misleading, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising', Article 7.

6. Consumer rights

You receive comprehensive information about the seller and the service, including contact details and dispute resolution mechanisms, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', Article 13.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

You may use out-of-court dispute resolution. Contact the State Consumer Protection Authority. See Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', Article 28.
